Do baby wipes for make-up remover dry the skin? Do you wash your face before/after?

I have oily skin, but am being treated for acne with Retin-A, which dries out the skin for the first few weeks. Would baby wipes be harmful/irritating as a make-up remover?

Also, are you still supposed to wash your face before/after you use them or would that be too irritating? Thanks!Do baby wipes for make-up remover dry the skin? Do you wash your face before/after?
Baby wipes are great, especially the ones for sensitive skin. I have oily skin as well, and baby wipes have worked for me after a work out. However, when it comes to removing makeup, it is best that you wash your face first then use the wipes.Do baby wipes for make-up remover dry the skin? Do you wash your face before/after?
