I dunno what the best is, but I just bought some Wet Wipes from Target (only .75 in the checkout line) and they work fine. Its in a red packet and says that its for the face and hands.What is the best make up remover cloth for face and eye make up?
* As for me I don't use cloth instead I use cotton balls for the skin %26amp; cotton swabs/ cotton buds for the eye lids area. its more absorbent and it wont hurt your skin.Use it together w/ PONDS cleansing cream it removes make-up easily.
